The now long-time accountant used to keep numbers under control in areas such as transport, road construction and trade. Wanting to broaden his scope and, for a change, communicate with more people and use new exciting accounting solutions, he found a job offer from Aaroni, which stood out for its innovativeness and customer-centric approach.
Tarmo values accuracy and systematicity as befits a good accountant. “I like accounting when everything fits together and the numbers add up. This means that the work has been done properly and correctly. On the one hand, accounting is pleasantly routine, which is good for keeping things organized. On the other hand, there is also no lack of variety, which comes from the uniqueness of each client, as well as the constantly changing legal environment and new technological possibilities,” he says.
