As a manager’s assistant, Pille mainly ensures that all the work and activities of Aaroni’s accountants run smoothly, both in Paju Street and in the virtual office, and that clients receive even faster and higher-quality answers to their financial questions.

Having studied public administration, Pille is originally from Tartu, but lived in Texas, USA, for over 20 years, where she assisted various teams in both a law firm and a large international sales company.

Life brought Pille back to her hometown, where she began looking for the ideal job, where, like her, self-development, teamwork, and work ethic would be valued.

The now long-time accountant used to keep numbers under control in areas such as transport, road construction and trade. Wanting to broaden his scope and, for a change, communicate with more people and use new exciting accounting solutions, he found a job offer from Aaroni, which stood out for its innovativeness and customer-centric approach.

Tarmo values ​​accuracy and systematicity as befits a good accountant. “I like accounting when everything fits together and the numbers add up. This means that the work has been done properly and correctly. On the one hand, accounting is pleasantly routine, which is good for keeping things organized. On the other hand, there is also no lack of variety, which comes from the uniqueness of each client, as well as the constantly changing legal environment and new technological possibilities,” he says.

When asked what expectations he had when he joined Aaroni, Tarmo’s answer was: “I hope to quickly settle into the team and that the cooperation will be supportive and pleasant. So that we can jointly implement innovative solutions, so that the accounting service will be faster, more agile and, of course, more convenient and better for the client.”
