Pille’s primary responsibility as an administrative assistant is to ensure the smooth operation of all tasks undertaken by Aaroni’s accountants, both in the Paju Street office and virtually. This aims to provide clients with faster and higher-quality responses to their financial inquiries.
Pille, who studied public administration, is originally from Tartu but lived in Texas, USA, for over 20 years. During her time there, she assisted various teams in both a law firm and a large international sales company.
Life brought Pille back to her hometown, where she sought an ideal workplace that, similar to herself, valued self-development, teamwork, and work ethic.

Gerli was captivated by the innovativeness of Aaron’s work processes: “Having previously managed the accounting for one company at a time, working for a company that provides accounting services to many different clients seemed intriguing, even a little anxiety-inducing. However, the anxiety proved unfounded, as it became clear on the very first day that the somewhat tedious, yet time-consuming and routine stages of accounting’s behind-the-scenes work are solved very innovatively here using modern technology, and the accountant’s job at Aaron is more creative than monotonous.”

Seeking to expand his expertise and enhance his engagement with clients while leveraging innovative accounting solutions, he discovered Aaron’s job advertisement, which was notable for the company’s commitment to innovation and a customer-centric approach.
Tarmo values accuracy and systematic organization, qualities essential for a proficient accountant. “What I find satisfying in accounting is the convergence of all figures, indicating that the work has been performed thoroughly and correctly. Furthermore, accounting offers a pleasant routine, which is conducive to maintaining organization.
